We want to know who you are before we introduce you anywhere. That’s why we start with an introduction at our office or, if that suits better, digitally. It’s not a complicated job interview, but a simple conversation about what you’ve done, what you can do and especially what you’re looking for.

We discuss, among other things, the type of work that suits you, how many hours you want to work, what you want to earn and how far you’re willing to travel. Afterwards, we look at which vacancies and companies suit you.

On your first day at work, we’ll come by with cake to celebrate your new job. At the end of the day, we’d like to hear how it went. After your first week, we’ll get in touch again: are you enjoying it, are there any issues and is entering your worked hours going well?

After that, we’ll keep visiting the workplace regularly. If you want to take a relevant course or obtain a certificate, we’ll look at the possibilities together. And often, after a while, a client will hire a colleague directly. So for us, you’re not just placed and then out of sight: you work through Employ.

The salary is stated for each vacancy as gross hourly or monthly pay. We follow the collective labour agreement and the client's remuneration. This means you earn the same as a colleague with similar experience doing the same work. Your scale and step will be discussed in advance based on the role and your experience.

You can choose weekly or four-weekly payment. Submit your worked hours every week before Monday 12:00 via our app. Once the client has approved these hours, you will receive your pay on Thursday if you opted for weekly payment.

If you are coming to work from abroad or another region in the Netherlands, we can arrange accommodation. You will live in an SNF-certified, fully furnished property and always have your own bedroom. On average, you share the property with four colleagues. We provide bedding and there is a supermarket within ten minutes travel distance.

In many cases, we can also facilitate transport to your work, for example with an electric bike or a car. If something is broken or there is an issue with the property, please contact your account manager. We will ensure it is resolved.

Sometimes a job suits you well, but you still lack a certificate, training or certain knowledge. Then we look together at what is needed to start or take the next step.

There are many possibilities: from a complete BBL course and offshore work courses to first aid, VCA, forklift and cherry picker training. We can also facilitate Dutch language courses. What is possible and relevant varies per person and per job.

Yes. Many clients are looking for colleagues for the long term. You can start through Employ and after an agreed period be employed directly by the client. With recruitment and selection you are employed directly by the client. If a position is temporary, we mention that in the vacancy.

Register with us then as well. We know many companies in the North of the Netherlands and sometimes already know where someone fits before a vacancy is posted online. We discuss what kind of work, location and number of hours suit you and search from there.

Yes. At Employ you have a contact person who knows you and whom you can call or message, even after you have started. You can call our general number {telefoon} or get in touch directly with your contact person.

We start with a conversation about the role, your company and the team. Then we search for and speak to candidates personally. You won’t receive a pile of CVs, but only meet people we think fit the job and your company. Depending on the chosen service, we also arrange the contract, payroll and support after the start.

With temporary work and secondment, the colleague works at your place while Employ Werkt! is the formal employer. Secondment is for a pre-agreed period or number of hours. With payroll, you find the employee yourself and we take care of the employment and personnel administration. With recruitment and selection, Employ Select! finds the candidate who is directly employed by your organisation.
