Description
As a Work Planner, you ensure that maintenance, renovation and sustainability projects run smoothly. You prepare work budgets and schedules, handle the procurement of materials and monitor progress and costs. You identify bottlenecks, liaise with suppliers and co-makers and keep a tight administration. Thanks to your approach, supervisors and project managers can count on a perfectly prepared workday. Your overview and organisational skills ensure projects run smoothly and according to plan.
Requirements
- At least MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking in the field of engineering or construction;
- Proven experience in property maintenance or construction projects;
- Strong in planning, organising and process monitoring;
- Communicative and able to collaborate with various parties;
- Proactive, stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,750 (based on 40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience;
- Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
- Prospect of a permanent contract;
- Flexible working hours and partial remote working options.
