Foreman Scaffolder

You will work for a national company, active in providing safe workplaces at height to ensure safe access for installations and building work.

Description

As a foreman, you are responsible for leading a team of scaffolders. You ensure that projects are carried out safely, efficiently and according to schedule. Sometimes you still help with the assembly and dismantling of scaffolds, but mainly you supervise the safety and quality of the work. You coordinate the tasks, check the quality and make sure all necessary materials and tools are available. In addition, you have frequent consultations with the operations manager and motivate your team.

Requirements

• You are available full-time;
• You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one through us;
• You have a category B driving licence;
• You have leadership qualities and can motivate a team;
• You work seriously and do not shy away from a (physical) challenge.

• Salary indication: €17.50 to €22.50 per hour, depending on education & work experience;

About the client

Our client operates in the field of thermal and acoustic insulation, scaffolding, tracing, and fire-resistant penetrations. As a sheet metal worker, you will work at the workshop in Emmen or Hengelo.
