Trainee Roofer

As a trainee roofer, you will head out every day with experienced colleagues. You will work on various projects and gradually learn everything about installing, maintaining and renovating roofs.

Would you like to work with your hands, are you not afraid of heights and would you like to learn a trade that will serve you well for years to come? We are looking for a Trainee Roofer for a specialist roofing company in Lemelerveld. No experience is required. If you are motivated and eager to learn, experienced colleagues will teach you the trade in practice.

• Assisting with installing and renovating roofs;
• Removing old roofing;
• Installing insulation materials;
• Bringing materials to the work area and preparing them;
• Learning to install various types of roofing;
• Carrying out maintenance and repairs;
• Ensuring a safe and tidy workplace.

Requirements

• You are motivated and keen to learn the roofing trade;
• You enjoy working with your hands and are physically fit;
• You are not afraid of heights;
• You are reliable and keep your agreements;
• You hold a category B driving licence;
• A VCA certificate is an advantage. Do not have one yet? We can arrange this for you through Employ.

What we offer

• A gross hourly wage from €17,19 in accordance with the BIKUDAK collective labour agreement, depending on your age, training and experience;
• 32 to 40 hours per week;
