(Trainee) Insulation Technician

Are you handy, good with tools, and ready to work with thermal and acoustic insulation? Or do you already have experience and are looking for a new challenge at an international family business? Then we are looking for you!

Description

As an insulation fitter, you will be responsible for applying thermal and acoustic insulation as well as fire-resistant products. We are looking for experienced, upcoming, and trainee insulators and sheet metal workers. No experience yet? We are happy to teach you the trade! You will work in an enthusiastic team where cooperation and collegiality are key.

Requirements

• You are handy and skilled with tools;
• You work well in a team and are presentable;
• You have relevant education or experience, or are open to obtaining it;
• You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to earn one;
• You are looking for a long-term challenge with opportunities for growth.

What we offer

• A good salary according to the Metal CAO, from €15.24 to €22.24 gross per hour excluding ATV, depending on experience;
• Accrual of holiday hours, holiday pay and ATV/ADV;

• The opportunity to obtain relevant courses and certificates through the in-house academy;
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis.

You will work for an industrial and international family business with locations in Emmen, Delfzijl, Hengelo and Meppen (Germany). The company specialises in thermal and acoustic insulation, scaffolding, tracing and fire-resistant penetrations. Due to growth in the order portfolio, they are looking for motivated colleagues.
