Carpenter (Property Maintenance)

Are you a skilled carpenter through and through? Or do you have no experience yet but are interested in learning this trade through training? Then we are looking for you!

Description

As a carpenter, you work on various renovation projects in your region, mainly for housing associations in rental homes. Together with colleagues – other carpenters, painters and supervisors – you successfully complete each project. You work both in a team and independently, with room for your own input and initiative.

Requirements

• You are available full-time (32-40 hours);
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a carpenter;
• You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one through us;
• You have a category B driving licence;
• You work neatly, accurately and responsibly and are flexible to work at various locations.

• A salary of €19.00 to €25.68 gross per hour, depending on education and work experience in accordance with CAO SAVG;
