Sheet Metal Worker

Experience with metal is an advantage, but we consider your motivation, eagerness to learn and ability to work as part of a team just as important.

Description

As a sheet metal worker, you will work with your colleagues on a range of bespoke sheet metal products. You will learn to work with different machines and techniques, such as press braking, bending, punching, straightening and slitting. Have you got little experience with these? No problem: experienced colleagues will guide you through the trade and teach you to carry out more and more tasks independently. The most important thing is that you have a technical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands and are keen to learn new things. Within the team, you support each other and work together to ensure that everything is completed properly and on time. If you are keen to develop, there are plenty of opportunities to progress within the company.

Requirements

• You have a technical aptitude and an interest in metal and sheet metal work
• You have a good work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team
• You speak and understand Dutch well
• Experience in metalworking is an advantage, but not essential
• You are keen to learn and are looking for a long-term job.

What we offer

• A salary between €15,00 and €18,00 gross per hour, depending on your knowledge and experience
• A full-time job of 40 hours per week, from 07:15 to 16:15
• Weekly or 4-weekly pay
• Plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and progress
• A long-term job within a close-knit family-run business.
