Pipefitter

Are you handy with piping, enjoy working from technical drawings, and like building installations that fit perfectly? We are looking for a pipefitter for a client in Hoogeveen. This is a technical role with lots of variety for someone who works accurately and takes pride in their craftsmanship.

Description

As a pipefitter, you will assemble, fit, and adjust piping for various technical installations. Using drawings and isometric diagrams, you determine the correct dimensions and ensure pipes, flanges, and other components fit together perfectly. You measure, cut, and prepare pipe sections for further assembly or welding. You also check your own work for accuracy and quality. You will work closely with welders, fitters, and other technical colleagues. Thanks to the different projects and constructions, you will have a varied job where your technical insight is highly valuable.

Requirements

• Experience as a pipe fitter, fitter, construction metalworker or a similar technical role;
• You can read technical drawings and preferably isometric drawings;
• You can independently measure, process and fit piping;
• You work accurately and have technical insight;
• You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one through us.

What we offer

• A salary between €17.00 and €22.00 gross per hour, depending on knowledge and experience;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week in Hoogeveen;
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
