Operator Mixing Plant

Do you enjoy working with machines and find it important that a production process runs smoothly? For a modern bakery in Hoogeveen, we are looking for a Mixer Operator. Do you already have experience in production, for example within dairy, cheese, or other food industries? That’s a plus, but motivation and technical insight are just as important to us.

Description

You will work in the mixing department where you and your colleagues are responsible for dosing the raw materials. You will work with large mixing machines where the process of producing the bread begins. There are two production lines that you supply with dough for large and small bread. In addition, you monitor the process and resolve (minor) technical faults when necessary.

Requirements

• You have MBO level 2 or 3 work and thinking skills;
• Experience in production or food, for example dairy or cheese, is a plus;
• You are willing to work in shifts;
• You have technical insight and quickly take on new tasks;
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality.

What we offer

• A salary between €17.31 and €21.26 gross per hour, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• Shift allowance on top of your gross hourly wage;
• A full-time job in shift work with prospects for long-term employment;
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
