Description

As an operator, you are responsible for operating, setting up and monitoring production machines. You oversee the process, intervene in minor malfunctions and ensure production runs according to plan. You work closely with colleagues and contribute ideas for process improvements. Quality and safety are central to your work, and you make sure the final product meets the required standards.

Requirements

• Experience as an operator or in a production environment is a plus
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• You are motivated and work well in a team
• You live in or around Hoogeveen

What we offer

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week
• Salary between €15.50 and €18.50 gross per hour, depending on experience
• Working in a modern production environment
