Maintenance Painter (Property Maintenance)

Are you the friendly brush who wants everything perfectly painted? As a maintenance painter, you’ll have a varied job and often work outdoors! Then we are looking for you!

Description

As a maintenance painter, you will work on renovation projects at various locations. Besides painting, you will replace glass, apply sealant, and treat wood rot. You will work both independently and as part of a team and present yourself professionally to clients. Both experienced painters and recent graduates with a painting diploma are welcome – feel free to apply as a team!

Requirements

• You are available full-time (32-40 hours);
• You hold a painting diploma and/or have relevant experience;
• You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one through us;
• A driving licence B is a plus;
• You work neatly, accurately and responsibly and are flexible to work at various locations.

• A salary of €19.00 to €25.68 gross per hour, depending on education and work experience in accordance with CAO SAVG;
