Description

You are someone who can read a production drawing and assemble a gas station based on it. You also have spatial insight, allowing you to figure out how to best assemble certain constructions even without a drawing for the parts. Attention to detail is therefore very important! Since you spend a lot of time tinkering, you are physically active and can move heavy constructions using the crane. The constructions vary in size, making the work varied.

The company has 2 locations in Hoogeveen with a total of about 30 employees in the field and workshop. You will work in a workshop alongside 4 other experienced colleagues. They will teach you the tricks of the trade so you can work independently afterwards. The atmosphere is informal, where hard work is balanced with time for socialising.

Requirements

• Your work attitude is very important, you are motivated and a real go-getter;
• You have technical insight and spatial awareness;
• You work solution-oriented and communicate clearly;
• You can read production drawings and use them to realise a gas station;
• You are self-reliant and a real doer.

What we offer

• Salary based on experience between €2700 and €3500 gross per month (job group 4 from the CAO Metal and Technology)
• An independent role where one of your colleagues will teach you the trade;
• Choice between weekly or four-weekly pay;

• A contract for 32-40 hours per week with a view to a permanent contract.
