Machine Operator – Beilen, Drachten or Groningen

Do you enjoy working independently outdoors and have an affinity with machines? As a Machine Operator, you will work independently maintaining green spaces such as parks, public gardens and private gardens. We are looking for a Machine Operator for our client at the locations Beilen, Drachten and Groningen.

Description

You will operate machines such as a mower, mini excavator, brush machine and tractor. You combine speed with accuracy and coordinate your tasks with your supervisor and colleagues on the project site. You ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely, perform periodic maintenance on your machine(s) and work according to applicable laws and regulations. You also record data in client systems and geographic information systems.

Requirements

• Vocational education level (MBO)
• Driving licences T and BE
• Basic VCA, or willingness to obtain it
• Technical skills
• You work independently, neatly and organised, with attention to results, quality, efficiency and safety

What we offer

• A full-time contract of 37 hours per week
• A gross monthly salary between €2,216 and €3,454 (based on 37 hours and your knowledge and experience), supplemented with a pension according to the CAO Hoveniersbedrijf (VHG)
• 25 days holiday (based on 37 hours)
