(Trainee) Production Operative

Are you technically minded, enjoy working with your hands and want to learn a trade within a modern production environment? We are looking for a (trainee) production operative for a client in Hoogeveen. This is a great role for both starters and experienced production operatives who want to develop further within the technical field.

Description

As a (trainee) production operative, you play an important role in the production process. You will learn to set up and operate machines, read technical drawings and assemble products according to specifications. You will also carry out quality checks to ensure every product meets the required standards. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the production runs smoothly and deadlines are met. If you have no experience yet, you will receive good guidance from experienced colleagues who will teach you the trade step by step. The variety between technical work, assembly and quality control keeps the job challenging and educational.

Requirements

• You have an interest in technology or production;
• You are motivated to learn new tasks;
• You can read technical drawings or are willing to learn;
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.

What we offer

• A salary between €14.99 and €16.00 gross per hour depending on age and experience;
• A role for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
• Opportunities to progress to roles such as operator, machine operator or technician;
