Description

As a junior supervisor faults & maintenance, you will assist in guiding and coordinating maintenance and fault repair work on various projects. You ensure that tasks are well prepared, materials are available on time and colleagues know what needs to be done. You will also maintain contact with residents, clients and skilled workers on site. You will learn how to monitor schedules, check quality and ensure a safe working environment. No two days are the same, as you constantly switch between the office, projects and colleagues out in the field. This role offers plenty of guidance and opportunities to progress towards becoming an independent supervisor.

Requirements

• You have an interest in construction, engineering or maintenance;
• You are communicative and keep an overview;
• You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself;
• You work well in a team and switch easily;
• Driving licence B is a plus.

What we offer

• A salary between €17.50 and €22.00 gross per hour depending on experience;
• A full-time position based in Apeldoorn or Hoogeveen;
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
