Description

As a wood rot specialist, you focus on repairing and replacing damaged woodwork in homes and buildings. You inspect wood rot, carry out repairs and ensure that window frames, doors and other wooden parts are restored to excellent condition. You work independently or with colleagues on maintenance and renovation projects and regularly communicate with residents on site. Working neatly, delivering quality and being customer-friendly are very important in this role.

Requirements

• Experience with wood rot repairs or maintenance work
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• You can work independently and think in a solution-oriented way
• You are customer-friendly and presentable
• Driving licence B is a plus

What we offer

• Salary between €18.00 and €23.00 gross per hour, depending on experience
• Varied projects in Hoogeveen, Heerenveen and Groningen
