Groundworker

Do you want to deliver quality work and be proud of visible results in the outdoor space? As a Groundworker, you work together with your team on various infra and civil engineering projects, from sewers to installing underground containers.

Description

As a Groundworker, you work daily alongside a crane operator and colleagues to install sewers, gullies and pipes. You ensure the subsoil and foundation are perfectly prepared so the pavers can deliver precise work after you. You read work drawings, carry out earthworks and use modern tools to place everything accurately. With your commitment, you contribute to both small-scale and large projects in the region.

Requirements

• You have a positive attitude and like to get stuck in;
• You work safely, accurately and pay attention to quality;
• You are eager to learn and take initiative;
• You work well with colleagues and supervisors;
• Experience in GWW or groundwork is a plus, but newcomers are also welcome.

What we offer

• A gross hourly wage between €14.99 and €17.00, depending on experience (in accordance with the Bouw & Infra collective labour agreement).
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
