Groundworker

Do you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty? We are urgently looking for ground workers and pavers for a client in Emmen. You will work on a variety of projects in the Emmen, Groningen and Hoogeveen regions, where no two days are the same.

Description

As a ground worker / paver, you will work with an enthusiastic team on various infrastructure and paving projects. You will be involved in groundworks, laying and repairing pavements, preparing surfaces and supporting a range of tasks in outdoor spaces. Depending on your experience, you will be deployed as a ground worker, paver or a combination of both. You will work with modern equipment on projects for municipalities, companies and private clients. Experience is a plus, but motivated candidates eager to learn the trade are very welcome.

Requirements

• Experience as a groundworker and/or paver is a plus;
• You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one through us;
• Driving licence B is preferred;
• You are motivated and enjoy working outdoors;
• You can work independently as well as part of a team.

What we offer

• A salary in line with the CAO Bouw & Infra between €15.50 and €19.50 gross per hour, depending on experience;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• Payment on a weekly or four-weekly basis;
• The opportunity to obtain your VCA certificate free of charge;
• Prospect of a permanent contract with good performance.
