Field Marketing Representative

You will head out with colleagues, meet a wide range of people and have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself.

Description

As a field marketing representative, you will head out with your team to visit existing customers. You will have conversations, listen to customers’ needs and provide tailored advice on products and services. This could include renewing subscriptions or offering additional services. You may also work at events, markets and shopping centres, helping new customers. You will work towards commercial targets, but a good customer conversation always comes first. You will receive training and guidance to further develop your communication and sales skills.

Requirements

• You are sociable, enthusiastic and find it easy to approach people;
• You speak and understand Dutch well;
• You are available at least two days a week;
• You live no more than one hour’s travel from Zwolle;
• You are eager to learn and enjoy achieving targets together with colleagues.

What we offer

• A gross salary of €16,74 per hour including holiday allowance from age 20, rising to €20,92 per hour on Saturdays, excluding bonuses;
• Bonuses on top of your hourly wage based on the results you achieve;
• A flexible job of 16 to 40 hours per week, with paid travel hours;
• Weekly or every 4 weeks’ pay;
• Training, personal guidance and career development opportunities within a friendly team.
