Field Assembly Technician

Description

As an Experienced Fitter / Project Leader, you are responsible for the complete execution of assembly projects in the commercial or office furnishing sector. You lead the on-site team, ensure the assembly work runs smoothly, and monitor quality, safety and scheduling. You assemble components and furniture, prepare the work, and communicate directly with the client and your colleagues in the workshop. You also identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas for more efficient working methods within the team.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a fitter in the assembly or project installation of furniture or related systems;
• Experience in leading a small team is a plus;
• Technical insight, a systematic approach and a sense of quality;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• You hold a driving licence B and are willing to travel to various projects in the Netherlands.

What we offer

• A gross salary between € 3,000 and € 3,800 per month (depending on education and experience);
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
