For a client in Apeldoorn or Hoogeveen, we are looking for an experienced maintenance & repair site manager. A challenging role with lots of responsibility within a professional organisation where quality and teamwork are key.

Description

As an experienced maintenance & repair site manager, you are responsible for coordinating and directing maintenance and repair work on various projects. You oversee the schedule, manage skilled workers and ensure that tasks are carried out safely, efficiently and to quality standards. You also maintain contact with residents, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. You respond quickly to unexpected situations and keep an overview within dynamic projects. You monitor the progress of work and ensure deadlines are met. Thanks to your experience, you know how to motivate colleagues and successfully complete projects.

Requirements

• Experience as a site manager in maintenance, renovation or property maintenance;
• You are highly organised and keep an overview;
• You communicate easily with colleagues, residents and clients;
• You are solution-focused and stress-resistant;
• Driving licence B is required.

What we offer

• A salary between €22.50 and €26.00 gross per hour depending on experience;
• A full-time position based in Apeldoorn or Hoogeveen;
• Payment on a weekly or four-weekly basis;
