Description

As an estimator, you are responsible for preparing calculations and cost price estimates for construction and real estate projects. You analyse quotes, specifications and drawings and translate these into a clear budget. You also maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors and contribute ideas for smart solutions within projects. You work closely with project managers and planners to ensure projects start well prepared both financially and technically.

Requirements

• Experience as an estimator within construction or real estate
• Technical and construction insight
• You work accurately and analytically
• Good communication skills
• MBO/HBO working and thinking level

What we offer

• Salary between €18.50 and €24.50 gross per hour, depending on experience
