Description

As a Construction Planner, you are the driving force behind the preparation and coordination of a wide range of construction projects. You ensure everything runs smoothly, keep an overview and always think one step ahead. You are quick to adapt and take responsibility whenever necessary.

Your duties are varied and challenging: you prepare cost estimates and quotations, produce drawings in AutoCAD and SketchUp, monitor the schedule and coordinate continuously with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders. You do not work solely from the office, but also regularly visit projects so that you remain closely involved in the execution. This variety makes the role particularly interesting: you see the results of your efforts on the construction site.

Requirements

• Construction knowledge and technical insight
• Ability to think practically and logically
• Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp, or demonstrable professional experience using them
• Ability to work independently and maintain an overview
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Experience as a Construction Planner is an advantage, but not essential
• Candidates with a construction background in site execution are also welcome

What we offer

• Salary between €3.000 and €4.500 gross per month, depending on experience and level
• Working in accordance with the cao Bouw & Infra
• Part-time (from 32 hours) or full-time (up to 40 hours) possible

About the client

You will join a down-to-earth construction company in Ruinen. In the office, you will work with a small, close-knit team, while more than ten colleagues are active on the projects every day. The organisation is involved in new-build, conversion and renovation projects, guiding them from the initial design through to completion. Communication lines are short, the atmosphere is informal and colleagues work closely together without unnecessary bureaucracy. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the complete construction process and work in an environment where your opinion matters.
