Commercial Real Estate Agent

You know the estate agency sector and thrive on client contact, spotting opportunities and building relationships. Perhaps now is the time to put those qualities to work in commercial property. For an energetic and professional estate agency in the Hoogeveen area, we are looking for a Commercial Property Agent who wants to help strengthen the commercial property division. You will have plenty of freedom to work independently, expand your network and bring in your own clients. Experience in residential estate agency, commercial property or a combination of the two would be an advantage. Even if you do not yet have many years of experience, but do have the right foundation and ambition, we would be pleased to meet you. You will be employed directly by the client.

Description

As a Commercial Property Agent, you will mainly focus on commercial property. You will support business owners and property owners with sales, purchases and lettings, among other things.

You will also play an important commercial role. You will maintain existing relationships, actively build your network and know how to recognise new opportunities. These contacts will lead to new instructions and help grow your own client base.

You will have the freedom to organise your work independently and manage your own schedule. Initiative is valued, and there is room for you to further develop your own style and network.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues and can easily discuss issues or new opportunities with them. This allows you to learn from one another while continuing to build your own position within commercial property.

Requirements

• Higher professional education working and thinking level;
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
• Experience in estate agency is an advantage;
• An interest in and preferably experience with commercial property;
• Commercially minded, independent and entrepreneurial;
• Strong in customer contact and relationship management;
• Willing to network actively and build your own client base;
• Knowledge of Realworks is an advantage.

Even if you do not yet have all the experience, but bring the right commercial attitude and ambition, we would be delighted to hear from you.

• A salary of € 3.250 to € 5.000 gross per month, depending on experience and level, based on 40 hours;
