Carpenter Workshop role

Description

In this role, you will work in a workshop on various woodworking and assembly tasks. You will work from technical drawings and ensure parts are processed, assembled and finished accurately.

The work is varied and focuses entirely on precision and craftsmanship. You will use hand tools and woodworking machines such as saws to make parts to size.

You will work independently where possible, but also collaborate with colleagues in a practical and down-to-earth work environment.

Your tasks

• Working from technical drawings
• Processing and assembling wooden parts
• Customising and finishing parts
• Working with hand tools and machines
• Checking measurements and quality
• Collaborating in a workshop environment
• Contributing practical solutions

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has technical insight.

In addition, you preferably have:

• An affinity with woodworking or technology
• Understanding of measurements and working from drawings
• A precise and patient work attitude
• Motivation to deliver quality craftsmanship
• Full-time availability

Experience is not required.

• Gross hourly wage €16 – €24, depending on experience (from €16 for starters up to around €24 for experienced)
