Description

As a working foreman, you actively participate in renovation and maintenance projects while also supervising colleagues on site. You monitor the schedule, keep an overview of the tasks, and ensure projects are completed neatly and as agreed. You are the point of contact on location for colleagues, residents, and contractors, making sure quality and safety are always a priority. Thanks to your experience, you can quickly adapt and keep a close eye on the project's progress.

Requirements

• Experience in renovation, maintenance or carpentry
• You can lead colleagues and maintain an overview
• Technical and construction insight
• You work neatly and solution-oriented
• Driving licence B is a plus

What we offer

• Salary between €20.00 and €23.78 gross per hour, depending on experience
• A varied role within renovation and maintenance
