Allround Technician | Workshop and Field Service

Are you technically skilled and looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? For a client in Meppel, we are looking for an allround technician for both workshop and field service. You will work on innovative machines and installations, both in the workshop and on-site at customers. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys tinkering, solving faults and wants to develop themselves further.

Description

As an allround technician for workshop and field service, you will be involved in the construction, maintenance and repair of high-quality waterjet cutting machines and high-pressure systems. In the workshop in Meppel, you assemble complete installations and systems. You will also travel to perform maintenance and resolve faults at customer locations. Because all machines are developed and built in-house, you will get to know every part of the process. You will receive thorough training and guidance, enabling you to work more independently and grow into an allround specialist. The combination of workshop and fieldwork means no working day is the same.

Requirements

• You have completed an MBO level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, or you are following a BBL course;
• You hold a driving licence B (BE is a plus);
• You are technical, eager to learn and solution-oriented;
• You enjoy working both in the workshop and on-site at customers;
• You are presentable and work well in a team.

What we offer

• A salary between €17.00 and €24.29 gross per hour, with growth opportunities up to around €34.00 gross per hour depending on experience and role;
• A full-time position (part-time is negotiable);
• Payment on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
• Your own tool kit, company van, laptop and phone;
• Plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and progress within the technical field.
