All-round painter wanted for renovation and maintenance projects in the Groningen area, with a large, established client in residential construction. You will focus on the true craft, the painting itself.

Are you looking for a job where you can simply enjoy practising your craft, alongside colleagues who know what they’re doing? For our client, a large, established company with many projects in residential construction, we are looking for a Painter for the Groningen region.

With this client, you won’t have to worry about setting up scaffolding, cleaning tasks, or filling holes in walls and window frames – that’s done by others. You focus entirely on what you’re good at: the painting itself. You work on renovation and maintenance projects in residential construction, expertly applying paint, varnish and coatings to ensure a neat, durable finish. You coordinate with colleagues, residents and clients about progress and work according to the applicable safety regulations.

Requirements

• Completed painter training
• Experience as a painter
• Knowledge of materials and techniques
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
• Driving licence B
• VCA certificate, or willing to obtain one

What we offer

• Work for a stable, established client with continuous assignments
• Salary between €3,210 and €4,006.50 per 4 weeks (based on 37.5 hours, knowledge and experience)
• Travel allowance according to CAO
• Pension and 8% holiday pay
• One-year contract with prospect of permanent employment
• Workwear and PPE

Our client is a large, established company with many projects in residential construction, active in the North of the Netherlands. They carry out renovation and maintenance projects for housing associations and other clients, with a dedicated team of professionals who ensure the quality of the painting work.
