For us, a good match does not start with your CV. It starts with you. That is why we first want to understand who you are, what you can do and what you are looking for. Once you start work, we stay in touch too.

First, let’s get to know each other

We start with an introductory meeting at our office or online, whichever suits you best. It is not a complicated job interview, just a straightforward conversation about what you have done, what you can do and, most importantly, what you are looking for.

We discuss the kind of work that suits you, how many hours you want to work, what you want to earn and how far you are willing to travel. We then look at which vacancies and companies are a good match.

Your first working day and what happens next

On your first day, we stop by with a treat to celebrate your new job. At the end of the day, we would like to hear how your start went. After your first week, we contact you again and help you submit your hours if needed.

We remain involved after that. We regularly visit the workplace, and at Employ Werkt! you always have someone who knows you and whom you can call or message.

Accommodation and transport

Are you coming from abroad or another part of the Netherlands for work? We may be able to arrange accommodation. You will live in an SNF-certified, furnished home with your own bedroom. In many cases, we can also arrange transport to work, such as a bicycle or car.

Training and certificates

Sometimes a job suits you well, but you still need a certificate, training course or specific knowledge. That does not have to stop you. From work-based vocational training to offshore courses and certificates such as emergency response, VCA, forklift and aerial platform qualifications, we will explore what you need and what is possible.
