Property Maintenance Project Manager

Job Description

You lead multi-year maintenance and preservation projects from A to Z. You set (and monitor) project forecasts, coordinate inspections and measures, and ensure that implementation and co-makers reinforce each other. With your analytical view you improve processes, ensure safety and quality and keep stakeholders on their toes. Your day consists of team meetings, client advice on sustainable options, project visits, and preparing/updating schedules and budgets.

What do we offer you?

• Salary €5,000 – €6,250 gross p/m (based on 40 hours), commensurate with experience;
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;

What do we ask of you?

• HBO architecture/real estate or similar
• 3-5 years of experience as a (partial) project manager in maintenance/renovation;
• Familiar with project management, forecasting and risk management; VCA-VOL or willing to obtain;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; commercial acumen;
• You are in possession of a driver’s license B.
