Project Manager for Planned Maintenance

Job Description

As project leader, you are responsible for the realization of planned maintenance projects. You keep an overview of planning, quality and budget, and manage a team of planners, supervisors and subcontractors. You maintain contact with clients, make clear agreements and intervene where necessary. You are the linchpin in the process and ensure that everything runs smoothly – with an eye for results and relationships.

What do we offer you?

• A gross hourly wage between €24.50 and €30.00, depending on experience;
• Lease car, laptop and company phone;
• Prospect of permanent employment upon good performance;
• Working in a professional and social team with short lines of communication;
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis.

What do we ask of you?

• You have a completed mbo or college education in the field of construction or engineering;
• You have experience in planned maintenance or renovation projects;
• You are good at communicating, directing and interacting with various parties;
• You are independent, incisive and think in solutions;
• You live in the Deventer area and possess a driver’s license B.
