Job Description
In this position, you are the liaison between customers and technology. You ensure that faults, damage or questions from customers are dealt with quickly and correctly. You take calls, register them in the system and engage technicians where necessary. You are constantly busy prioritizing, planning and communicating. You work together with an enthusiastic team who, like you, are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

- A gross hourly wage starting at the legal minimum wage (€14.06), increasing depending on experience;

- Minimum of MBO working and thinking level;
- You are communicatively strong and customer friendly;

- Experience in planning or service work is a plus;
