Property Maintenance Work Planner

Job Description

As a Work Planner, you ensure that maintenance, renovation and preservation projects run smoothly. You draw up work budgets and schedules, purchase materials and monitor progress and costs. You identify bottlenecks, communicate with suppliers and co-makers and keep a tight administration. With your approach, executives and project leaders can count on a perfectly prepared working day. Thanks to your overview and organizational skills, projects run smoothly and according to plan.

What do we offer you?

• A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,750 (based on 40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience;
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
• Prospect of permanent employment;
• Flexible working hours and partial work-from-home opportunities.

What do we ask of you?

• Minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level towards engineering or construction;
• Demonstrated experience in property maintenance or construction projects;
• Strong in planning, organizing and process control;
• Communication skills and able to work with various parties;
• Proactive, stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
