Job Description
As project manager, you are responsible for systematic maintenance and renovation projects. You are involved from the start and keep a grip on planning, quality, budget and communication. You manage teams, maintain relationships with clients and ensure that the project is completed successfully. You switch between strategy and execution and know how to keep complex projects manageable.
What do we offer you?
- Gross hourly wage between €25.00 and €32.00 (depending on experience);
- Full travel reimbursement;
- Contract with permanent prospects;
- Opportunities to attend professional trade training and courses at your discretion;
- Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis.
What do we ask of you?
- Experience within maintenance, renovation or property service;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- You are independent, decisive and proactive;
- Knowledge of financial monitoring and project reporting;
- In possession of driver’s license B.
