Production Team Leader

Job Description

In this role, you are the point of contact on the shop floor: you actively manage, supervise a team of 5-6 colleagues and monitor progress and quality. You coach employees, identify bottlenecks and make adjustments where necessary. You have an affinity with technology and are able to solve minor malfunctions. The production runs 24/7 in 3 shifts, and you ensure that everything continues to run as it should.

What do we offer you?

• Gross hourly wage between €19.20 and €25.80, excluding shift bonus;
• Shift bonus in accordance with Baker’s collective bargaining agreement: up to 200% on weekends or nights;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (max. 40 km per day);
• Annual contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
• Fresh sandwiches, fruit and soup in the workplace + staff events’.

What do we ask of you?

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Affinity for technology or process optimization
• Stress resistant, committed and communicatively strong
• Willingness to work 3 shifts
• MBO level and good command of Dutch (English is a plus)
