Groundworker

Job Description

As an earthworker, you will work daily on various GWW and infrastructure projects. You dig, lay and level soil, install cables, pipes and sewers and help with the construction of roads and foundations. With the help of modern measuring equipment and in close cooperation with a crane driver, you ensure that everything is carried out precisely according to drawings. Your eye for detail and teamwork prevent mistakes and ensure that projects are completed neatly and sustainably.

What do we offer you?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,850 and €3,150 (based on 40 hours), in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Transport;
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
• Pension accrual according to the collective bargaining agreement;
• Advancement opportunities towards Foreman and training opportunities.

What do we ask of you?

• You are eager to learn and have an affinity for earthwork, civil engineering;
• You enjoy working together in a team (e.g. with a crane operator or demolition worker);
• You easily coordinate with performers and colleagues and communicate clearly;
• You can work accurately and according to drawings;
• Experience as a ground worker is a plus, but entry-level workers with the right motivation are also welcome.
