HR Officer (temporary position)

What will you do?

Due to illness in the HR department, we are temporarily looking for reinforcement. Together with the HR Director, you are the beating heart of HR within the organization. You are the first point of contact for HR-related questions, manage personnel files and supervise the absence process. In addition, you prepare reports, monitor contract terms and ensure proper administrative processing of mutations and documents. You also maintain the internal vacancy page and organize special events. No two days are the same – your work is versatile, responsible and supportive of the entire organization.

• A gross hourly wage between €20.55 and €24.51 (based on 36 hours per week);

What do we ask of you?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• HBO working and thinking level, through education or work experience;
• You are analytically strong, work in a structured and accurate manner;
• Good command of both the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• Experience with Excel and personnel information systems;
• You have integrity, professionalism and are pleasant to work with.
