Job Description

In this role you are the (telephone) point of contact for our client’s relations. You register tickets, analyze failures and solve them (remotely). You monitor and manage client environments such as Internet connections, networks, workstations, Microsoft 365 tenants, Azure services and (on-prem) servers. You also monitor daily backups and document what you do. You work in a down-to-earth team with short lines of communication and are given the freedom to organize your day smartly. Thanks to the strong SME customer portfolio, no day is the same and you will learn fast.

What do we offer you?

• Gross monthly salary €2,600-€3,000 (approx. €15.00-€17.30 p/h) depending on experience and certifications.
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis.

What do we ask of you?

• MBO level 3/4 working and thinking level, preferably towards ICT.
• Experience on a service desk/support department and ticket registration.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows (workstations/servers), networking and backups.
• Customer-oriented, empathetic and solution-oriented;
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
