Job Description
As a financial administrative assistant, you are the hub of the administration. You ensure that everything is correct: from invoicing and payments to timekeeping and reporting. In addition, you will support planning and communication, and contribute ideas for improvements in work processes. You work independently, but also together with colleagues from different departments – no two days are the same!
What do we offer you?
- A salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month (obv 40-hours), depending on knowledge and experience;
- Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
- A job for 24 hours a week, with flexible working hours;

- Room to develop yourself further within administration or planning.
What do we ask of you?
- A completed MBO level 3 or 4 education in administrative or financial direction;
- Experience in administrative work or accounting systems;
- Accurate, independent and communicatively strong;
- You are creative;
- You like structure, but can also handle variety.
