Job Description

As a roofing contractor, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of renovation and preservation projects. You ensure that the work on the construction site runs smoothly: from planning and quality to safety and budget. You manage the executing parties, consult with clients and residents, and monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. Thanks to your overview and leadership, everything goes according to plan – and that gives you energy.

What do we offer you?

• An excellent salary between €3,800 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

What do we ask of you?

• HBO thinking level, preferably towards structural engineering;
• Minimum 5 years experience in renovation or preservation of pitched roofs;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Digital dexterity (including tablets and project software);
• Residing within 1 hour drive of the Zaanstreek project region.
