Nurse care dispatcher (Remote nurse, office)

Job Description

In this position, you will be the point of contact for healthcare professionals and clients with acute or less urgent healthcare questions. You will answer phone calls and digital reports, think with them, reassure them and transfer when necessary. You are the listening ear and remote expert link 24/7 from a dynamic care center. No shift is the same, because you work together with colleagues in a wide range of fields: from home care and nursing to maternity and crisis care.

What do we offer you?

• A good salary in accordance with VVT CAO FWG 45: between €2,945.33 and €3,575.63 gross per month on a full-time basis excluding ORT (36 hours);
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
• Travel allowance, ORT for irregular shifts and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;
• Flexible working hours (24 to 36 hours per week), with a customized schedule and home working facilities (including laptop and headset);
• Plenty of development opportunities and a comprehensive induction program of approximately 4 months.

What do we ask of you?

• A completed MBO-V or HBO-V education and a valid BIG registration;
• Good computer skills, ability to type blind and excellent command of the Dutch language;
• Flexible availability, including evening, night and weekend shifts;
• Stress resistant, decisive and communicatively strong;
• Available for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
