Evening shift supervisor
Do you know how to manage a team, monitor the quality of fresh produce and are you at your best in the evening hours? Then we have the challenge for you in Oosterwolde!
What will you do?
As a supervisor of the AGF department, you provide daily leadership to an enthusiastic team within a dynamic and growing fresh produce organization. You ensure that everything runs smoothly during the evening shift: from stock management to product presentation and from quality control to compliance with hygiene regulations. No day (or evening) is the same, and you love the variety.
What do we offer you?
- A gross hourly wage starting at €14.90, depending on experience;
- Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
- An employment contract of 32 to 40 hours per week;
- Working in a modern, fast-growing organization with a nice working atmosphere;
- Travel reimbursement, pension plan and staff activities.
What do we ask of you?
- Minimum of MBO-4 working and thinking level;
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in AGF, food or retail;
- You are communicatively strong and know how to coach and direct colleagues;
- You have an eye for quality, hygiene and customer-oriented work;
- You are flexible and willing to work (occasionally) on Sundays as well.
About the company:
You will work for a leading player in the AGF sector with a broad customer base in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. From a modern distribution center, deliveries are made six days a week in the north and east of the Netherlands and on the Wadden Islands. The team works hard and with pleasure, with a common mission: to deliver fresh products to the customer’s kitchen.
