Graphic Operator Print Shop

What will you do?

As a graphics operator, you play a key role in the production process, where you are responsible for printing gift packaging in the most efficient and effective way. It is your job to set up the printing presses as optimally as possible so that we always achieve the best results. In addition, you monitor quality and ensure that daily goals are met by operating the machines correctly and performing periodic checks.

Cooperation with your colleagues is very important in your role. You work closely together to ensure a smooth and error-free production process. You also perform maintenance work on the machines to prevent breakdowns and guarantee productivity. In addition, you
actively think about process improvements so that we can continuously optimize our working methods.

What do we offer you?

• Has experience in flexo printing or any other printing technique;
• Highly values quality and works accurately;
• Willing to work 3 shifts;
• Able to function well in a team environment;
• Willing to be trained in the Design Group Academy, where appropriate.

What do we ask of you?

• One-year contract with Design Group, with the prospect of permanent employment;

• Salary indication: €3,119 to €3,959 gross per month for full-time employment of 36 hours per week (including 23% shift allowance), depending on your experience;
