Planner / Calculator

Job Description

As a work planner/calculator for sloping roofs you are involved in renovation and sustainability projects from the very first moment. You are responsible for providing (technical) advice to clients, clearly explaining various scenarios – including the advantages, disadvantages and risks. You will also prepare budgets, (complex) calculations, quotations and multi-year maintenance budgets (MJOBs).

You maintain active contact with chain partners, suppliers and clients, and accurately monitor development and preparation schedules. You will also regularly go up on the roof for detail surveys and arrange everything necessary for smooth preparation: from flora and fauna surveys to structural inspections, environmental permits, resident communication and architect’s drawings.

What do we offer you?

• A gross hourly wage between €16.00 and €22.00, depending on experience;
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;

What do we ask of you?

• Minimum college+ working and thinking level, preferably in construction or engineering;
• Experience as a work planner and/or estimator is a big plus;
• You work accurately, structured and think solution-oriented;
• You are communicative and easily interact with colleagues and clients;
• You have an affinity for sustainability and renovation projects.
