Baker (Operator Mixer)

Job Description

As a Baker in the Mixing Department, you work with colleagues at the beginning of the production process. You dose the raw materials and operate the large mixing machines used to prepare the dough for large and small bread. You ensure that the production lines are continuously supplied with dough, check the processes and intervene in case of minor technical malfunctions. In addition, you regularly change your workplace, so that your work remains varied and you gain experience in several product groups.

• A salary between €2,850 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, excluding shift bonus.
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis.

What do we ask of you?

• A completed mbo education in the direction of executive baker or consumer technology.
• Enthusiasm and good communication skills.
• Responsibility for product quality;
• You are willing to work 3-shifts.

You will be working at a modern and growing industrial bakery in Hoogeveen. Here, a large assortment of bread and specialties is produced daily for supermarkets in the Netherlands.
