Job Description

As a commercial intermediary, you are the face of Employ Werkt! for clients and candidates. You will build long-term relationships with companies, know better than anyone what their staffing needs are, and will be able to react quickly when a new request comes in. At the same time, you will guide job seekers in their search for a suitable job. Your day consists of intake interviews, customer visits, recruitment actions and solving practical personnel issues. No day is the same!

What do we offer you?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,500 (based on 40 hours), depending on experience;

What do we ask of you?

• You have at least hbo+ working and thinking level and affinity with recruitment or sales;
• You are sociable, energetic and dare to take initiative;
• You easily switch between client, candidate and colleague;
• You are commercially minded and see opportunities in the market;
• You are available 32 or 40 hours per week.
