Job Description

As a Production Employee Metal, you will work in the production process of metal parts. Your tasks include operating machines, finishing and checking products and keeping your workplace tidy. You support colleagues in various activities such as sawing, grinding or assembly. Thanks to your efforts, the production process runs smoothly and orders are delivered on time. Experience is a plus, but even without experience you can start and learn the trade.

What do we offer you?

• A gross hourly wage between €14.40 and €16.00, depending on experience, according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal & Engineering;
• Payout on a weekly or 4-weekly basis;
• A full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance;
• Training and advancement opportunities within metal fabrication;
• Work in a close-knit team where tackling and collegiality are paramount.

What do we ask of you?

• You have technical understanding and affinity for metal.
• You are motivated and physically able to perform production operations.
• You can work accurately and safely.
• You are available full-time.
• Experience with machinery or production work is a plus.
