Job Description

As a recruiter, you are the link between candidate and client. You know where to find good people, provide creative recruitment campaigns and conduct intake interviews with enthusiasm and sharpness. You know our vacancies inside and out, think along about the ideal match and maintain contact with your candidates throughout their employment process. You work closely together with colleagues in a close team where you can really make a difference.

What do we offer you?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,500 (based on 40 hours), depending on experience;
• A nice workplace with a committed, down-to-earth team in Hoogeveen;

• Commuting allowance or a company car immediately upon employment.

What do we ask of you?

• You have at least hbo+ working and thinking level;
• You are sociable, eager to learn and a good listener;
• You work accurately and know how to keep a good overview;
• You are available 32 or 40 hours per week.
