Job Description
In this position, you will visit projects on site, measure the situation and prepare a thorough budget or quote. You make a concept planning, monitor additional and less work, arrange permits and order materials. You also take care of communication with residents, suppliers and subcontractors. You work closely with both the implementation team and the planning team and thus contribute to sustainable, high-quality maintenance projects.

- Gross salary between €3,766.75 and €4,709.25 per month;

What do we ask of you?
- MBO or college education in a construction or engineering field;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience with estimating, planning and work preparation;
- Communication skills and organizational strength;
- Knowledge of software such as Alert (or similar) is a plus.
