Job Description
As a (senior) recruiter / account manager at Employ Werkt! you are the face of our organization towards candidates and clients. You switch effortlessly between commerce, recruitment and relationship management.
You recruit, interview and mediate candidates, maintain active contact with our clients and ensure that vacancies are filled quickly and effectively. You know exactly what is going on with clients and think proactively about personnel solutions. In short: you are a true connector who gets energy from making matches and building lasting relationships.

- Experience as an interceder, recruiter or account manager in the staffing industry
- Minimum level of higher education work and thinking
- Commercial acumen and sense of people and organization
- You can plan well, switch gears and keep an overview, even when things get busy
- You are sociable, results-oriented and have a good sense of humor
